Within 24-48 hours, we'll carefully review your enquiry and prepare a personalised quotation based on your design, materials and diamond specifications.

Your quote is completely obligation-free and can be adjusted to suit your preferences and budget before moving forward.

Once you're ready to proceed, a 30% deposit secures your order and allows the design process to begin.

Your IGI Certificate independently verifies your diamond's:

This ensures complete transparency and confidence in the diamond you've selected.Within approximately 3–5 business days, you'll receive your bespoke design presentation.

This includes:

A custom CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your ring, allowing you to view every detail before production begins.
Videos of your exact lab-grown diamond.
Your diamond's official IGI Certificate.

This is where your design becomes uniquely yours.

Take your time reviewing every aspect of your CAD design. If you'd like to adjust the band width, setting height, diamond size or any other detail, we'll work closely with you until every element is exactly as you envisioned.

Manufacturing will only begin once you've given your final approval.

Once approved, your ring is expertly handcrafted using solid 18K gold by highly skilled master jewellers.

Throughout production, we'll keep you connected to the journey by sharing progress photos and videos, allowing you to watch your piece come to life.

Each ring undergoes extensive quality control before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets AURIÉLLE's exacting standards.

Production generally takes approximately four weeks from final design approval.

Before your jewellery is shipped, we'll send you a final video of your completed piece for your approval.

Your jewellery is then beautifully presented in AURIÉLLE's signature packaging, accompanied by:
