Simply submit your design enquiry with your inspiration images, preferred diamond shape, metal colour, ring size (if known) and budget. We'll prepare a personalised quote, source suitable diamonds and create a CAD design before production begins.

THE PRODUCTION
Once your design has been approved, production generally takes around 4 weeks.
During busy periods this may be slightly longer.

We can help you determine the correct size before production including sending you out a ring sizing kit.
Most rings can be resized.
However, some designs (such as full eternity bands) have limited resizing ability.

After delivery, resizing options will depend on the ring design.
WARRANTY & LIFETIME JEWELLERY CARE
Your jewellery is covered against manufacturing faults.
Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CHANGE OF MIND
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Any non-refundable design costs or supplier costs already incurred may be deducted from your deposit.
As every piece is custom made specifically for you, custom jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind.
Refunds are not available for custom-made jewellery unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, exchanges are generally not available.
