Your jewellery is covered by a 12-Month Manufacturing Warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against genuine manufacturing faults that may arise under normal wear.

Should your jewellery be found to have a confirmed manufacturing fault during this period, AURIÉLLE will arrange for the affected component to be professionally repaired or replaced at no 

cost to you.

Examples of manufacturing faults may include:

• Faults in craftsmanship or construction
• Defective settings or claws resulting from the manufacturing process
• Structural defects in the metal
• Loose diamonds or gemstones where the cause is determined to be a manufacturing fault

Every warranty claim is individually assessed to determine whether the issue is the result of a genuine manufacturing defect.


What Isn't Covered

Like all fine jewellery, your piece will naturally experience wear throughout its lifetime. Our Manufacturing Warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Scratches, scuffs and surface marks
• Bent or misshapen rings resulting from everyday wear or impact
• Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse or improper care
• Loss of diamonds or gemstones resulting from accidental damage or impact
• Damage resulting from repairs, resizing or modifications carried out by another jeweller
• Loss, theft or accidental damage
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine or other corrosive substances
• Normal metal wear over time, including claws that require routine maintenance or re-tipping

These situations fall outside of manufacturing defects but can usually be repaired through our Lifetime Jewellery Care Program.

Annual Jewellery Health Check

To help keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend having your ring professionally inspected every 12 months.

During Your Inspection, We May Assess:

• Diamond and gemstone security
• Claws, settings and stone integrity
• Band condition and signs of wear
• The overall structural integrity of your jewellery
• Whether professional cleaning or refinishing is recommended
